Key Team Members Join the Project

We're thrilled to announce that our The Storied Song podcast has found its voice! William Ritter has been cast as our narrator, bringing his compelling storytelling presence to guide listeners through the rich world of Appalachian balladry.

Ritter will serve as our listeners' companion, helping them discover the stories within these timeless songs and understand the living tradition they represent. His role will be crucial in connecting modern audiences to the cultural heritage embedded in each ballad.

We're equally excited to welcome our sound design team. Samuel O'Sullivan joins us as audio engineer, bringing his technical expertise to ensure every episode delivers crystal-clear audio quality. Rosa Bott rounds out our audio team as sound effects designer, where she'll create the atmospheric soundscapes that will transport listeners into the world of each ballad.
